Warranty and Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all of our products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through order@any-pc-part.com within 90 days of purchase.
A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers. We shall not be hold responsible for the improper use of our product(s).A refund or a replacement will be issued in two working days after the return package is received. Normally, you can get the refund in some minutes after we issue it.
If the return is caused by us, we will take the responsibilty for the return postage, otherwise you need to return the item at your own expense.
All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon requesting through order@any-pc-part.com. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
