You guys SAVED MY LIFE!! The NEW cable arrived the day before my S75t-A-7150 Video cable completely failed. No back light. YES, it is not a fix for a Newbie to undertake lightly, but I have some military experience and personal computer buildout and repair of my own units going back to the 1980's. It was not easy. I ended up taking the laptop apart three times to correct things I did wrong forgot to do, or had routed the cable wrong. But, it works. In the process I cleaned out the guts of all dust, repaired my Power connector, and cleaned and realigned the keyboard. My laptop is like new. Thank you so much.
